Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative PR Strategist with a strong background in presentation design (PPT) and project/team management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic public relations plans, crafting impactful messaging, and delivering high-quality visual presentations for internal and external stakeholders. This role requires someone with excellent storytelling skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute PR strategies to boost brand visibility.
• Design impactful PPTs for pitches, reports, and campaigns.
• Work with design/content teams for consistent messaging.
• Plan and manage PR campaigns end-to-end.
• Build media relationships and handle outreach.
• Track and report PR performance metrics.
• Lead junior PR staff and cross-functional teams.
• Advise leadership on communications and reputation.
• Organize press events and brand collaborations.
• Monitor media trends and manage risk/opportunity.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic PR roles.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint – creating high-impact, visually appealing decks.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Experience in managing budgets, teams, and client relationships is a plus.
• Familiarity with media monitoring tools and PR software (e.g., Meltwater, Cision) is desirable.

Preferred Skills:

• Eye for design and detail in storytelling through presentations.
• Crisis communication and reputation management experience.
• Experience in a corporate, agency, or startup environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud (optional), or other visual tools.
