The ideal candidate must have deep industry/agency experience, a strong media network, and proven expertise in building brand reputation, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving impactful PR campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic PR and communication plans aligned with business objectives.
• Build, nurture, and manage relationships with key businesses and mainstream media.
• Craft compelling narratives and thought-leadership content to position the organization and its leadership prominently in the sector.
• Oversee press releases, media interactions, corporate announcements, and crisis communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across PR, digital, and marketing channels.
• Lead and mentor a team of PR professionals to deliver measurable outcomes.

Desired Profile:

• 9–10 years of experience in Public Relations.
• Strong media relations and storytelling abilities with a proven record of managing brand reputation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Strategic thinker capable of handling high-visibility projects and complex stakeholder environments.

• The candidate must hold an MBA with a specialization in PR, Social Media, or a closely related field.
