You'll be responsible for end-to-end media coordination, speaker placements, and campaign documentation for multiple clients. Location: New Delhi Key Responsibilities Public Relations Secure 4–5 relevant media coverages per client per month across digital, print, and broadcast. Draft and edit press releases, media pitches, bios, and briefing notes. Build and update targeted media lists segmented by beat. Share monthly PR summaries, coverage reports, and dossiers with clients. Events & Outreach Build and manage relationships with 4–5 key industry events independently. Pitch and coordinate speaker placements and brand presence for clients. Support on-ground event logistics (only when required). Maintain guest lists, manage RSVPs, and handle follow-ups. Client Documentation Prepare monthly marketing pitch decks, dossiers, and impact reports . Maintain internal trackers, review documents, and client updates. Collaborate with internal teams on cross-functional campaigns. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in PR, media, or events. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts. Interest in design, architecture, and cultural sectors. A background in architecture would be advantageous for this role.
