Communication Designer

Epistle is South Asia's oldest and largest communications consultancy for built environment stakeholders, working at the intersection of architecture, design, and culture. We collaborate with some of the leading studios, institutions, and platforms in the built environment, helping shape narratives that are clear, compelling, and future-focused. We are currently seeking a Communication Designer to join our design team in Delhi. This is a full-time position that involves a mix of in-office collaboration and remote work. A background in architecture would be advantageous for this role. As a Communication Designer at Epistle, your responsibilities will include: - Conceptualizing and developing visual identities for brands based on insights and strategies. - Designing and creating templates for various branding, marketing, and communication materials such as presentations, brochures, websites, social media content, publications, books, and newsletters. - Contributing to the overall brand strategy and ensuring design outputs are aligned with broader goals and audience insights. - Creating engaging social media content that reflects the brand's tone, voice, and visual direction. - Collaborating with writers, strategists, and clients to effectively translate ideas into visual communication. - Conducting visual research and developing references to guide design direction and mood. - Keeping up-to-date with and experimenting using new tools, including generative AI tools. The ideal candidate for this role should have: - 1 to 3 years of experience in communication and/or graphic design. - A degree in architecture. - Proficiency in graphic design software and tools. - Knowledge of generative AI tools. - A strong sense of visual storytelling, branding, and layout, with a passion for design and a keen eye for detail. - Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams. - A proactive mindset with the ability to think independently and solve problems creatively.
