PR Manager

This is a role for someone who can write a sharp pitch, slide into editor DMs, and follow up without being forgotten.

What You’ll Do:

Media Relations & Outreach:

• Build and nurture strong relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and media outlets across print, digital, and broadcast platforms.

Press Content Development:

• Draft compelling press releases, pitches, media invites, and brand stories tailored to various audiences and platforms.

PR Strategy & Execution:

• Assist in planning and executing PR campaigns, event promotions, brand announcements, and industry stories that drive positive coverage and awareness.

Monitoring & Reporting:

• Track media mentions, compile PR coverage reports, and analyze performance metrics to evaluate campaign impact.

Crisis Communication Support:

• Support the senior team in managing communication during sensitive or high-pressure scenarios with professionalism and agility.

Internal Collaboration:

• Coordinate with creative, digital, and account teams to align PR messaging with brand campaigns, launches, and activations.

Event Coordination:

• Assist in organising press conferences, media events, influencer meet-ups, and client-focused experiences.

Social Listening & Trendspotting:

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor movements, and media opportunities to position the agency and its clients strategically.

Who You Are:

• 3–5 years of experience in PR, communications, or media outreach (agency or brand-side).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong storytelling abilities and a knack for identifying what’s newsworthy.
• Proactive, well-organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Confidence in working with the media and representing the brand in professional settings.
• A pulse on pop culture, digital trends, and the ever-evolving media landscape.
