About the Role As a Public Relations Manager at EaseMyTrip.com, you will be pivotal in shaping and maintaining the public image of our brand. Your role involves crafting strategic PR campaigns, managing media relations, and enhancing brand visibility and reputation through various platforms. Role & Responsibilities Strategic PR Campaigns: Develop and execute innovative public relations strategies that enhance brand visibility and market positioning. Media Relations Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets to secure and grow media coverage across traditional and digital channels. Content Creation: Oversee the production of all PR content, including press releases, speeches, and public statements, ensuring they align with the brand’s voice. Crisis Management: Prepare and implement response strategies for handling crises or negative press situations to protect the brand image. Event Management: Plan and manage events such as press conferences, interviews, and public appearances to boost brand presence and engagement. Monitoring and Reporting: Track the effectiveness of PR campaigns and media coverage, providing detailed reports with analysis and recommendations. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the point of contact for all public relations matters, advising senior management on communication tactics and public sentiment. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of PR professionals, setting clear goals and fostering a collaborative team environment.
