Public Relations Manager

Job Description

Relationship Development: Identify, approach, and build strategic relationships with physiotherapy centers, physiotherapists, and relevant healthcare professionals. Regularly visit clinics, wellness centers, and hospitals to introduce our services and build long-term partnerships. Brand Representation: Represent Dr. Dassan’s Ayurveda in a professional and knowledgeable manner during meetings, events, and presentations. Promote our Ayurvedic treatments and philosophies effectively to healthcare professionals and decision-makers. Collaboration & Onboarding: Work closely with physiotherapists and their teams to integrate our Ayurvedic practices where beneficial. Facilitate tie-ups, collaborations, or referral systems between their clinics and our institution. Reporting & Strategy: Prepare regular reports on outreach activity, feedback, and performance metrics. Suggest strategies for increasing engagement with physiotherapists and other health professionals. Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate workshops, seminars, and awareness sessions for physiotherapists and medical networks. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a healthcare-related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a PR, business development, or medical liaison role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to travel frequently and build rapport with a wide network of healthcare professionals. Knowledge or interest in Ayurveda and wellness is highly preferred. Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
