Roles & Responsibilities

●   Assist the PR Lead: Support and work under the PR Lead to ensure smooth execution of all PR and communication activities. 

●   Leadership Branding: Assist in managing leadership LinkedIn profiles, including content calendar creation, personal branding strategies, and audience engagement.

●   Content Development: Draft high-quality press releases, articles, thought-leadership pieces, and speeches with a storytelling and hook-driven approach.

●   PR Agency Coordination: Act as a coordinator with the PR agency, providing them with accurate information, ensuring deliverables are met, and tracking their performance against agreed KPIs.

●   PR Opportunities: Explore and coordinate relevant PR opportunities such as speaking engagements, sponsorships, awards, podcasts, and panel discussions.

●   Monitoring & Reporting: Track, evaluate, and report PR activities, media coverage, and campaign outcomes; maintain a repository of press mentions and opportunities.

●   Strategy Support: Assist in drafting and executing PR & communication strategies to strengthen leadership visibility and corporate reputation.

●   Cross-functional Coordination: Work with internal teams (marketing, HR, corporate affairs, etc.) to gather inputs and align messaging.

●   Research & Insights: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors’ activities, and media landscape to proactively suggest opportunities and initiatives.

Key Skills & Requirements

●   Strong written and verbal communication skills.

●   Storytelling ability and content creation expertise.

●   Prior exposure to PR, communications, or corporate/personal branding (preferred).

●   Understanding of PR tools, media networks, and digital platforms

●   Excellent coordination, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills.

●   Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn under guidance.
