Public Relation Manager (Remote)

About The Opportunity

• Develop and execute an integrated PR strategy to increase brand awareness, thought leadership, and media coverage across industry, business, and tech outlets.
• Draft and distribute press releases, executive announcements, bylines, media pitches, and briefing materials that translate technical product value into compelling narratives.
• Proactively build and maintain relationships with journalists, industry analysts, and influencers; secure earned placements, interviews, and speaking opportunities.
• Lead crisis and issues communications—prepare messaging, Q&A, and rapid-response plans while coordinating with leadership and legal as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales to align PR activity with launches, campaigns, and GTM initiatives; amplify PR via owned and social channels.
• Monitor media coverage and share-of-voice, measure PR KPIs (mentions, reach, sentiment, linkbacks), and optimize tactics using analytics and reporting.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of PR/communications experience with demonstrable results—preferably in B2B technology, SaaS, enterprise software, or related sectors.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proven ability to craft press releases, executive statements, and thought leadership content.
• Hands-on experience with media monitoring and analytics tools (e.g., Meltwater, Cision, Google Alerts) and familiarity with PR KPI frameworks.
  

Preferred

• Experience working remotely and managing regional media/agency relationships across India and APAC time zones.
• Background in corporate communications, executive media coaching, and product launch PR for growth-stage companies.
• Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media amplification to maximize earned and owned coverage.
