Collaborate with founders, content creators, and designers to deliver thoughtful, messaging. Own the social media strategy—engagement growth, follower loyalty, and story-led content. Leadership & Team Collaboration Lead cross-functional efforts with internal and external creative teams. Mentor junior marketing staff (if any) and guide freelancers/vendors on-brand execution. Qualifications: 3-5 years of marketing experience with at least 2 years in performance ads (Meta & Google).
