Job Description: Learning & Development ExecutiveJob Title: Learning and Development Executive Experience: 0–4 Years Location: Mohali Job Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Learning and Development (L&D) Executive to support the design, coordination, and implementation of our employee development initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about employee growth and organizational development, whether freshers or professionals with up to 4 years of experience in L&D, HR, or training coordination. Key Responsibilities Work with department heads to identify training needs across teams. Maintain and update training records, attendance sheets, and feedback reports. Support onboarding training for new hires and refresher sessions for existing employees. Assist in designing and delivering training programs (online, offline, and blended). Coordinate logistics for training sessions including scheduling, venue setup, materials preparation, and communication. Assist in developing e-learning content, presentations, manuals, and learning aids. Collect feedback post-training and support training effectiveness analysis. Stay updated on the latest learning trends, platforms, and tools. Coordinate with external training vendors and consultants as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. 0–4 years of experience in HR, training, or learning & development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good planning and organizational abilities. Comfortable with MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel). Basic knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
