What You’ll Do

• Edit 

  YouTube long-form

  , 

  Shorts/Reels

  , performance ad creatives, course videos, and event highlights for 

  maximum retention & shareability

  .
• Use 

  AI-powered tools

   (Descript, Runway, Auto-Subtitling, AI color match, HeyGen, Eleven Labs) to 

  speed workflows

   and 

  experiment with new formats

  .
• Collaborate with Creative Director, Motion GFX Designers, and Content Strategists to build 

  psychology-driven narratives

  .
• Design hooks, captions, transitions, and music beds that 

  evoke emotion

   and 

  boost CTR

  .
• Analyze retention graphs & audience insights to 

  re-edit

   or 

  A/B test intros and thumbnails

  .
• Stay on top of 

  trends, meme culture, sound packs, and YouTube/Meta algorithm changes

  .

Skills & Experience We Love

• 🔥 Proven work on 

  viral videos

   or 

  high-retention edits

   (link your portfolio).
• 🎬 Expertise in 

  Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve
