As a User Researcher at SAP, you play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional user experience for SAP's strategic S/4HANA cloud solution. Collaborating closely with key design and product team members, you lead user-centric projects from inception to usability testing, contributing to the overall product definition. Your responsibilities include engaging with end users, customers, and customer-facing teams to gain insights into user needs and preferences. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and execute user-centric projects, covering aspects from research to conceptualization and usability testing - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and explore discovery spaces for user experience enhancements - Utilize a variety of qualitative and quantitative user research methods to gather actionable insights - Employ different research tools such as UserZoom, Respondent, and User Interviews to conduct thorough user research - Convey findings effectively to both technical and non-technical teams, contributing to a user-centric product definition - Work closely with UX, product management, and engineering teams to drive user research projects for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition **Qualifications Required:** - Degree in Psychology, Cognitive Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields - 4-12 years of experience in user research, preferably in a business software context - Proficiency in applying qualitative and quantitative user research methods - Familiarity with research tools like UserZoom, Respondent, and User Interviews - Experience in ERP software and product operating models is a plus - Excellent communication skills in English and preferably Hindi, both written and verbal As a dynamic team player with strong communication, presentation, and time management skills, you thrive in international and cross-functional environments. Your ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse teams contributes to the success of user research projects.
