The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user-centered interfaces and experiences. Roles and Responsibility Design and develop high-quality, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces for various products and services. Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and improve product usability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify design requirements and solutions. Develop and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices. Create prototypes and high-fidelity designs to test and validate design concepts. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in UX/UI design. What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of experience designing thoughtful and scalable digital products, ideally with exposure to B2B enterprise solutions. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent work experience with highly refined skillsets. Proven exceptional UI craftsmanship represented in your portfolio - you care deeply about visual clarity and at the heart care about how users perceive and use with ease.
