Role Overview

The LinkedIn Prospector (Junior Level) will be responsible for identifying, researching, and engaging potential business leads in the USA market through LinkedIn. This role is crucial in supporting the Business Development and Sales teams by building a strong pipeline of qualified prospects. The candidate will work during the night shift to align with U.S. business hours.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other LinkedIn tools to research, identify, and connect with potential clients in the logistics and supply chain industry.
  2. Generate and maintain a database of qualified leads with accurate contact and company information.
  3. Send personalized connection requests and introductory messages to prospects.
  4. Track and manage conversations with prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  5. Collaborate with the Business Development and Sales teams to align prospecting strategies with company goals.
  6. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities within the U.S. logistics and freight forwarding space.
  7. Prepare and share weekly and monthly reports on prospecting activities, lead generation metrics, and conversion rates.
  8. Maintain professionalism in all communications, representing Jet Freight Logistics Limited’s brand values.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience in lead generation, LinkedIn prospecting, or sales support (freshers with strong LinkedIn knowledge can apply).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently during U.S. night hours.
  • Attention to detail, with strong organizational and research skills.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn about the logistics industry.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of new qualified leads generated per week/month.
  • Response rate from LinkedIn outreach.
  • Quality of leads handed over to Business Development team.
  • Timely reporting and database accuracy.
