Role Overview The LinkedIn Prospector (Junior Level) will be responsible for identifying, researching, and engaging potential business leads in the USA market through LinkedIn. This role is crucial in supporting the Business Development and Sales teams by building a strong pipeline of qualified prospects. The candidate will work during the night shift to align with U.S. business hours. Key Responsibilities Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other LinkedIn tools to research, identify, and connect with potential clients in the logistics and supply chain industry. Generate and maintain a database of qualified leads with accurate contact and company information. Send personalized connection requests and introductory messages to prospects. Track and manage conversations with prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups. Collaborate with the Business Development and Sales teams to align prospecting strategies with company goals. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities within the U.S. logistics and freight forwarding space. Prepare and share weekly and monthly reports on prospecting activities, lead generation metrics, and conversion rates.
