Role Overview: As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring server performance, uptime, and availability using monitoring tools. You will respond to server alerts, perform initial diagnostics, and basic troubleshooting as needed. In case of complex issues, you will escalate them to L2/L3 teams while ensuring proper documentation.
