Job Description

Role Overview: As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring server performance, uptime, and availability using monitoring tools. You will respond to server alerts, perform initial diagnostics, and basic troubleshooting as needed. In case of complex issues, you will escalate them to L2/L3 teams while ensuring proper documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Handle routine tasks such as user access management, password resets, and basic server health checks. - Maintain detailed logs of support requests and resolutions to track progress effectively. - Assist in scheduled server maintenance activities under supervision. - Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for incident and request handling. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in using monitoring tools for server performance and availability. - Basic understanding of server maintenance tasks and troubleshooting procedures. - Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and other departments. - Willingness to participate in shift rotations, including weekends and holidays if necessary.,
