Job Description

Job Role: IT Application Operations Specialist - Codebeamer

Experience: 3 Years

Work Location: Coimbatore

Notice Period: Immediate

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in IT operations, with a focus on software configuration management applications, preferably PTC Codebeamer.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Linux and infrastructure administration.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with any SDLC management tool is preferrable.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development processes.
Knowledge of ITIL best practices for IT service management.
