Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, and respond to

  federal RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and task orders

  .
• Write and edit proposal content that is

  clear, persuasive, and compliant

  .
• Collaborate with capture managers, business development, and technical experts to gather inputs.
• Create and maintain

  compliance matrices

  and ensure all submissions meet solicitation requirements.
• Manage the proposal development lifecycle, including reviews, deadlines, and final submission.
• Maintain a library of past performance, resumes, and reusable proposal content.
• Proofread, format, and standardize documents for consistency and compliance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience

  writing proposals for

  US federal government contracts

  .
• Strong understanding of the

  federal acquisition process (FAR/DFAR)

  .
• Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• US citizenship or work authorization required.

Preferred Qualifications

• APMP certification

  or Shipley methodology training.
• Experience supporting proposals across

  multiple industries

  (IT, staffing, healthcare, logistics, professional services, etc.).
• Familiarity with proposal tools (Loopio, RFPIO, etc.).
