Proposal & Process Engineer

Role Overview: As a Proposal Engineer, your primary responsibility is to create and review proposals for clients based on their specific needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical information, analyze client requirements, and develop persuasive proposals to secure projects related to Water Treatment (WTP), Sewage, and effluent treatment plants (STP/ETP) like MBBR and MBR. Key Responsibilities: - Register leads and inquiries effectively. - Prepare and manage proposal submissions efficiently. - Design proposals and processes for Water Treatment and Waste Water Treatment Plants. - Create BOQ, costing, and budget proposals by obtaining vendor quotes. - Conduct Basic Process Design Calculations for treatment plants. - Ensure proposals meet technical specifications and budgetary constraints of clients. - Track proposal outcomes and maintain performance metrics. - Organize all documentation for proposal submissions, including technical drawings and compliance documents. - Coordinate with clients and attend technical and commercial meetings. - Identify and communicate potential project risks and propose mitigation solutions. - Maintain accurate records of all submitted proposals for future reference. - Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to provide competitive proposals. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) is preferred. - Strong technical knowledge in Water Treatment and Waste Water Treatment processes. - Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, sales, project, and engineering teams effectively. - Ability to analyze and interpret technical information for proposal development. - Proficiency in project management and budgeting. - Proactive approach in identifying and addressing project risks. - Detail-oriented with good organizational skills to maintain accurate documentation. - Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities for competitive proposals.,
