Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Pune. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include market research, lead generation, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with the internal team to ensure successful project execution.

• Proven experience in sales strategy development and implementation, business development, and client relationships
• Strong market research and lead generation skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prepare and present sales reports and forecasts
• Familiarity with the environmental management industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, or related field
• Ability to work independently and within a team
