Proposal & Process Engineer

As a Proposal Engineer, you will play a crucial role in creating and reviewing proposals for clients based on their specific needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather technical information, analyze client requirements, and develop compelling proposals to secure projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Registering leads/inquiries and managing proposal submissions effectively. - Designing proposals and processes for Water Treatment (WTP), Sewage, and effluent treatment plants (STP/ETP) such as MBBR and MBR. - Creating BOQ, costing, and budgeting for proposals by obtaining vendor quotes. - Conducting basic Process Design Calculations for Water & Waste Water Treatment Plant. - Ensuring that proposals align with technical specifications and client budget constraints. - Tracking proposal outcomes and maintaining performance metrics. - Organizing all documentation for proposal submissions, including technical drawings and compliance documents. - Coordinating with clients, attending meetings, and providing technical assistance when needed. - Identifying and addressing potential project risks and proposing solutions. - Maintaining accurate records of all submitted proposals for future reference. - Staying updated on industry trends and technological advancements to deliver competitive proposals. You will report to the Project Head and Director of the business, with internal interactions across various departments like Tech Services, Projects, Purchase, and Accounts. External interactions will involve clients, suppliers, and contractors. Your role will ensure the smooth functioning of project management and project completion, contributing to the overall success of the projects undertaken by the company.,
