Proposal & Estimation Engineer

We're looking for Experienced Professional who is detail-oriented engineer with a knack for technical solutioning and project coordination to join our team. This is a dynamic role that sits at the intersection of technical design, customer relations, and factory operations. Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate cost estimates and comprehensive technical offers based on client User Requirement Specifications (URS).
• Standardize technical proposals and integrate engineering drawings to ensure clarity and precision.
• Act as the bridge between sales and production; monitor schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Conduct factory visits to oversee production quality, address manufacturing bottlenecks, and provide process recommendations.
• Coordinate Quality Control (QC) checks to ensure all equipment meets global standards.
• Lead technical discussions with clients to finalize orders and serve as a reliable point of contact for project updates.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate terms, and oversee procurement processes.
• Manage the full sales cycle in CRM (Odoo, Salesforce, etc.), including lead tracking and MIS reporting.
• Generate Proforma Invoices (PI) and precise Work Orders for the production team.
• Support the preparation of critical regulatory documentation, including DQ, IQ, and OQ.

Skills and Qualifications

• Knowledge on Pharmaceutical process like OSD, Injectables, Sterile, Aspectic, Ointments, etc, for formulations & API
• Worked with pharmaceutical machinery manufactures like Isolator, RMG, FBD, Blenders, Sifters, Auto Coater, Sterile vessels, blistering machines, etc an added advantage
• Auto-Cad, Solid Works etc software knowledge an added advantage.
• Aware of Pharmaceutical regulatory guidelines
• Isolators, containment technology knowledge added advantage.
• Can prepare DQ/IQ/OQ for machines
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
