Six months to 3.0+ Yrs Salary: 18K PM To 25K PM Joining: Immediate / 15 days / 30 days Weekly Off: Sunday Working hrs: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Job Location: Chinchwad (Pune)   Job Description: We are looking for Estimation / Proposal Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to deliver accurate cost estimates and project proposals in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed project cost estimates (material, labour, services). Analyze tender documents, BOMs, and client requirements. Draft and submit technical & commercial proposals on time. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, sales, and project teams. Negotiate quotations and maintain supplier databases. Track submitted proposals and support MIS/documentation. Skills & Qualifications: Any Diploma Engg / Any BE/ BSc Six Months – 3.0+ years’ experience in estimation & proposal preparation. Strong knowledge of costing, pricing, and proposal drafting. Proficiency in MS Excel/Word, good communication & negotiation skills. Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and ensure accuracy.   (NO ANY KIND OF CONSULTANCY CHARGES)
