Associate Customer Experience Manager Operations management (Services: Housekeeping, Food, Repair and Maintenance, Wifi, Laundry, Hostel Management); Should be able to handle at least 4-5 properties/hostels Team handling ; Should be able to manage a team of Caretakers, Wardens and Blue collared staff; Should be able to keep the team motivated and focussed; Should be able to handle a team of 1-2 wardens and 15-20 BCS Maintain discipline and ensure all registers and sheets are maintained perfectly Maintain a Customer Satisfaction Score of 4+ out of 5 across all services Process compliance; Central (Internal and external processes) Training and development of the team ; Should have the ability to make the team gradually grow from a professional and personal standpoint Escalation handling; Handle escalations pertaining to daily operations. What qualifications can enhance the chances of shortlisting? Bachelor's degree in any field. Good communication skills in English and any regional language.
