Who we're looking for Background in hospitality or hotel management Good with people — friendly, responsible, and confident with guests and staff Must be fluent in Kannada and English Detail-oriented — keeps the property in perfect condition at all times Bonus if you have basic repair and maintenance skills What you'll do Stay on-site and manage daily operations Manage guest check-in, stay, and check-out Serve breakfast , supervise housekeeping, kitchen staff, and gardener Keep the property guest-ready at all times Arrange and manage any maintenance or repair work Support events, group bookings, and special experiences Work Schedule This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mysore.
