We are hiring a Villa Manager for Nirvana Villa (Vasai) a large private villa with pool, garden, and 4 bedrooms, rented for group holidays, parties, and events. Responsibilities: Manage guest experience from post-booking until check-out (welcome, stay support, check-out, feedback). Supervise housekeeping, cleaning, pool, garden & villa upkeep; coordinate with vendors/maintenance staff. Handle petty cash, collect security deposits, ensure extra guests are accounted for. Resolve on-ground issues including neighbour complaints, police visits, or event-related trouble. Maintain property inventory and keep the villa guest-ready, at all times. Requirements: Prior hospitality/property management experience preferred. Strong communication (english, hindi & marathi) Guest-handling experience & problem-solving skills Street-smart, reliable, and able to handle local issues with tact. Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Local Vasai/VVMC residents only. Active working professionals preferred (not retired).
