Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Manager located in Mumbai. The Property Manager will oversee daily operations of the property, manage tenant relations, and ensure the maintenance and safety of the facilities. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating repairs, handling tenant inquiries and complaints, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. This role demands excellent organizational and communication skills to maintain a high standard of living for residents.

Qualifications

• Property management experience, including tenant relations and facility management
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer service and staff supervision experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the residence, ensuring top-notch service quality.
• Lead and coordinate a team of Housekeeping & Security professionals, collaborating with vendors for smooth operations.
• Ensure excellent service delivery in areas such as Food, Housekeeping, Security, Internet, Laundry, and Social events.
• Understand resident requirements, address queries effectively, and act as the Single Point of Contact for students, parents, and management.
• Maintain records, checklists, and data entries to ensure seamless unit functioning.
• Provide on-ground support during emergencies.
• Coordinate with relevant teams for property repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure no food shortages and arrange for solutions when needed.

Requirements

• Background in hospitality or housekeeping is mandatory.
• Freshers and experienced candidates from a hospitality background are encouraged to apply.

Perks And Benefits

The salary package is 30-60K per month in-hand plus other benefits. Full-time meals are provided to our dedicated team members.
