Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of residential property. Responsibilities include coordinating property maintenance, handling tenant relations, ensuring property regulations and safety standards are met, and ensuring statutory compliances. Additional tasks include preparing budgets, financial reports, and ensuring properties are well-maintained and efficiently Experience in Maintenance Coordination and Facility Management Strong Tenant Relations and Customer Service skills Knowledge of Property Regulations and Safety Standards Budgeting and Financial Reporting skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical.
