Role Description

Property Manager

Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Supervise day-to-day operations of all managed properties in Gurgaon.
• Ensure timely resolution of guest or caretaker issues, maintenance, and compliance.
• Maintain property readiness, cleanliness, and guest experience consistency.

Owner Relationship & Business Development

• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners.
• Conduct regular owner meetings to review performance and provide updates.
• Support negotiations and finalize agreements for new partnerships.

Property Onboarding

• Visit prospective properties to assess suitability for our brand.
• Oversee onboarding process: documentation, photography, caretaker setup, and listings.
• Ensure each property aligns with our genre and guest experience standards.

Market & Cluster Oversight

• Take ownership of the 

  Gurgaon cluster

   and act as the single point of contact.
• Identify and onboard new properties to expand our portfolio.
• Benchmark against competition to ensure competitive pricing and positioning.
