Property Acquisition Manager

The Property Acquisition Manager will be responsible for scouting and acquiring suitable residential properties, building strong relationships with landlords and developers, and ensuring a steady pipeline of properties that align with Yello Livings co-living model.

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential properties for co-living (apartments, villas, standalone buildings, PG conversions, etc.).
• Build and manage relationships with landlords, brokers, and developers.
• Conduct market research to identify high-demand locations and emerging neighborhoods.
• Negotiate lease agreements and rental terms with property owners.
• Ensure financial feasibility and alignment with Yello Livings expansion strategy.
• Maintain an acquisition pipeline and provide regular progress reports to management.
• Represent Yello Living in property-related discussions and partnerships.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality, or related field.
• 35 years of experience in

  real estate acquisition, business development, or leasing

  .
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of closures.
• Good understanding of Bangalores residential rental/real estate market.
• Network of brokers, property owners, and developers (preferred).
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
