The Job holder will be responsible for supermarket expansion in the circle involving sourcing of new properties, NSO, rent reduction, rent re-negotiation, store size reduction, space release to LL/SIS, lease extension and EB power enhancement for stores, LL relationship, property tax rebate and capex reduction.
The role requires the job holder to understand the catchments targeted by OPS for identifying properties for SM, which will meet our business norms.
