Job Summary

Moris Media is seeking a highly skilled Prompt Engineer to join our AI-driven content and innovation team. This role is ideal for a candidate who can blend creativity, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to deliver exceptional AI-generated content across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for designing, refining, and optimising prompts to generate high-quality, brand-aligned outputs using tools such as ChatGPT, Sora, Veo, Imagen, Google Vids, Dream Screen, Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Luma Dream Machine, Pika, Canva, Leonardo AI, and Synthesia. The role requires working closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, SEO, PR, and creative departments to ensure AI outputs meet campaign objectives and client expectations. You will translate creative briefs into precise AI prompts, conduct performance testing, and implement prompt variations to achieve optimal results. A strong understanding of AI capabilities, prompt structuring, and output evaluation is essential. You will play a key role in enhancing creative possibilities, streamlining workflows, and delivering projects efficiently while maintaining brand tone and messaging consistency. Primary Responsibilities

• Design, test, and optimise prompts for high-quality AI outputs across multiple platforms

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI-generated content with project goals

• Work with leading AI tools for text, image, and video content creation

• Translate creative briefs into precise and targeted AI instructions

• Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis for continuous improvement

• Ensure consistency in tone, style, and brand messaging across outputs

• Research and implement new AI technologies to enhance production

• Maintain a repository of successful prompts for reuse and reference

• Troubleshoot prompt-related issues to improve AI performance

• Adapt prompt strategies for different industries and audience types
