🎓 Eligibility Criteria

We’re looking for more than just degrees—we’re looking for drive, empathy, and a hunger to create impact. Ideal candidates for our GET (Graduate Engineer Trainee) and DET (Diploma Engineer Trainee) roles in Project Technical and Sales should bring the following:

✅ Educational Background

- B.Tech/B.E. (Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, or related fields) for GETs

- Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, or related fields) for DETs

- Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply

✅ Communication & Interpersonal Skills

- Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus)

- Ability to simplify complex ideas and connect emotionally with diverse audiences

- Active listening and empathy-driven client engagement

✅ Sales & Marketing Aptitude

- Curiosity about consultative selling and solution-based marketing

- Comfort with fieldwork, client meetings, and digital outreach

- Basic understanding of sales funnels, lead generation, and CRM tools (training will be provided)

✅ Tech & Digital Fluency

- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

- Bonus: Experience with LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, Canva, or CRM platforms like Zoho or HubSpot

✅ Mindset & Values

- Passion for sustainability, clean energy, and climate action

- Entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow

- Integrity, accountability, and a collaborative attitude

- Willingness to travel and engage with clients on the ground

✅ Bonus Points If You:

- Have done internships or projects in renewable energy, ESG, or community outreach

- Are active on social media platforms and enjoy storytelling or content creation

- Have experience in student leadership, volunteering, or grassroots campaigns
