Role Summary

We are seeking recent passouts with an energetic and field-ready GET/DET professionals to drive technical sales across assigned territories. The role involves regional mapping, customer engagement, and lead conversion for our innovative products, services & solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Territory Mapping

    : Analyze assigned regions to identify potential B2B and institutional customers
  • Field Engagement

    : Conduct customer visits, site surveys, and solution pitching.
  • Technical Sales

    : Present product/services features, financial models (CAPEX/RESCO), and sustainability impact.
  • Lead Conversion

    : Drive inquiries to closure through targeted follow-ups and relationship building.
  • Reporting

    : Maintain daily logs, visit reports, and CRM entries to track progress and pipeline health.

What You’ll Need

  • Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Energy or related streams
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Willingness to travel and meet potential clients
  • Basic understanding of solar (preferred)
