Job Description

Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sales growth in the HHP segment. You will be tasked with building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, consultants, and MEPs. Your role will also involve providing techno-commercial solutions by aligning product specifications with customer needs and leveraging your technical expertise to ensure project execution meets customer requirements. Additionally, you will be expected to analyze competitor offerings and effectively position our products in the market to maximize sales. Key Responsibilities: - Possess a strong understanding of KOEL's product portfolio and competitive offerings to effectively analyze the strengths and weaknesses of our products compared to competitors. - Demonstrate technical proficiency by understanding product specifications and applications, and provide solutions related to AutoCAD, space planning, noise considerations, installation, and commissioning. - Develop technical proposals aligned with customer needs and exhibit expertise in solution selling by proposing quotations based on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). - Manage stakeholder collaboration by working closely with consultants, MEPs, and customers to facilitate pre- and post-tender discussions, effectively communicating techno-commercial solutions, and influencing customer decisions on product specifications and sizing. - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends, and analyze market conditions to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning. - Establish strategic partnerships to enhance business growth and market reach, collaborating with partners to develop and implement joint business strategies. - Develop and manage a sales pipeline to achieve and exceed revenue targets, optimizing lead generation and conversion rates in close coordination with the sales team. - Prepare regular reports on business development activities, market trends, and outcomes, utilizing data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and make necessary adjustments. - Ensure and manage project time, cost, and quality, executing and monitoring the design to the execution of projects.
