Position: Project Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling and warm calling for both domestic and international exhibitions.
• Pitch booth design & fabrication services to potential clients and decision-makers.
• Coordinate with design and operations teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and exhibition organizers.
• Handle client follow-ups via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure lead-to-deal conversions.
• Maintain and update CRM records with accurate client information.
• Consistently achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum HSC (12th pass); graduates preferred.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written); Hindi will be an advantage.
• Good negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, email writing, and CRM handling.
• Prior experience in sales/telecalling/client handling will be an added advantage.
• Target-driven and client-focused personality.
  

Compensation & Benefits

• CTC: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month (depending on experience).

Based in Mumbai (preferred areas: Virar, Vasai, Mira Road, Bhayander, Malad, Goregaon, Kandivali, Borivali, or nearby).Must be comfortable traveling up to Bandra for client meetings.Freshers are welcome; candidates with 1–2 years of sales experience will be given preference.
