Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage sales activities for large projects, focusing on B2B clients such as Builders, Architects, Contractors, Government Projects, Institutional Sales, Engineers, and Retail Sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify new business opportunities and increase revenue growth.
  • Identify potential clients through market research and networking within the industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and provide solutions to their needs.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets set by management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-7 years of experience in project sales or related field (BUILDER, ARCHITECT).
  • Strong understanding of government projects and institutional sales.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with clients.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
