Position Summary

Technovision Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Project Planning Engineer

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering (preferred)

Experience:

• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in production planning and control
• PCMC Area Preferred

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of planning and project execution
• Ability to develop and follow SOPs
• Proficient in report preparation and documentation
• Effective team collaboration and inter-departmental coordination
• Strong communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders
• Disciplined and process-oriented approach

Key Responsibilities

• Plan product manufacturing across different shops based on capacity and pipeline.
• Prepare SOPs with timelines for all operations and project phases.
• Understand project and procurement processes; arrange loading plans accordingly.
• Prepare and share weekly status reports (product-wise).
• Coordinate with departments for manufacturing progress updates.
• Coordinate with customers for dispatch clearances and site readiness.
• Coordinate with the installation team, sales, and customers to ensure timely installation and project handover.
• Monitor installation progress and maintain clear communication with customers.
• Prepare MIS reports on project delays and corrective actions.
• Review and update the status of pending customer orders weekly.
• Understand fabrication and assembly processes.
• Analyze throughput time for each process and identify ways to optimize timelines.
• Create dashboards for manufacturing, installation, and product data for senior management.
• Attend kick-off meetings and help define delivery timelines.
• Plan installation activities with the installation team.
• Communicate installation requirements, documentation, and site readiness to customers.
• Keep customers and internal teams updated on installation progress and maintain ERP installation data.
