Job Description

As a Project Planner in our company, your role will involve setting up the time information exchange flow with customers and suppliers. You will be responsible for planning KPIs, coordinating with multiple project stakeholders across different countries, and collaborating with all stakeholders for end-to-end planning and project monitoring. Your main responsibilities will include: - Acting as the focal point of contact for small to large scale project schedules - Coordinating project scheduling deliverables and exchanges with stakeholders/customers - Sharing project planning through portals - Managing regular reporting to the Project Manager and Team Lead on produced/validated planning - Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules outlining tasks, milestones, and deadlines - Monitoring project timelines and making necessary adjustments to ensure completion - Identifying shortcomings and advising on cost-reduction action plans - Maintaining accurate project documentation including resource plans, change orders, labor, and expenses - Working closely with the Project Director or Project Manager to plan, schedule, and program major projects using Planning Program. Qualifications required for this role include: - Qualification in Electrical Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Electronics & Communication Engineering with 5-8 years exposure to services business in the Electrical industry - Understanding of Business functions and processes, industry knowledge with marketing instinct, commercial & tendering process understanding - Knowledge of Schneider products, LV/MV products, exposure to drive automation, relays, automation, panels relevant to switchgear services business, customer handling skills, people management skills, negotiation skills, communication skills, leadership skills, result/deadline orientation - Demonstrated engineering experience in delivering technically challenging Electrical & Electronics execution projects - Proficiency in using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project or another relevant planning package for scheduling and programming projects, creating master schedules, and reporting - A practical-minded hands-on approach with excellent communication and people skills - A solutions-oriented attitude with a desire to progress within the field of engineering. Please note that the primary location for this position is IN-Haryana-Gurgaon, and it is a full-time role with an ongoing unposting date.,
