Project Operations Coordinator

Job Title: Project Coordinator (Operations) Location: Hyderabad Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our growing sustainability team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the successful execution of installation projects across multiple sites and countries. You will work closely with project managers, installers, on-site points of contact (POCs), and procurement to ensure smooth communication, timely scheduling, and up-to-date documentation throughout the lifecycle of each project. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate installation schedules across multiple sites and ensure timely execution of work. Act as support liaison between field installers and on-site POCs to facilitate clear and consistent communication. Provide installers with the necessary information, resources, and tools to ensure successful and efficient installations. Update project tracking tools and dashboards with real-time status updates. Manage installation work requests and customer compliance documentation. Support the procurement team by tracking equipment orders, delivery timelines, and inventory status. Ensure document control procedures are followed and all relevant documentation is accurately filed and accessible. Identify and resolve potential scheduling conflicts or delays in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Participate in regular project meetings and provide updates on installation progress and outstanding issues. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in project coordination, logistics, construction, or operations (installation project experience a strong plus) Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with sharp attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in project tracking tools (e.g., Excel, Jira, Asana or similar) Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment Experience working with installers, technicians, or field teams a plus Show more Show less
