Technical Project Manager Delivery ( Commerce Cloud) Experience: 15-20 Years

Responsibilities:

• Create project plan Track project plan activities Manage project related governance and hygiene items Facilitate effective communication channels among team members/stakeholders, provide regular project updates Ensure continuous alignment with business stakeholders on project scope, priorities, and deliverables,especially during sprint reviews and backlog refinements.
• Coordinate with QA to ensure proper testing/QA methodologies are followed Ensure comprehensive documentation of project requirements, processes, and deliverables Team resourcing and assigning project tasks.
• Identify, log, track, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively Conduct regular check-ins, sprint demos, and executive updates
• Oversee readiness of development, staging, and production environments for Commerce Cloud.
• Handle scope change requests via proper change control processes and communicate impact. Monitor effort burn, budget utilization, and align delivery pace with financial targets.
• Create and share Weekly Status Reports (WSRs), MOMs, dashboards, and track key milestones. Ensure project documentation is maintained (requirements, solution design, training materials) Maintain RAID log, conduct regular reviews, and escalate blockers to leadership when needed.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in Project management with experience in solutioning, scrum and agile methodologies
• Minimum of 3+ years of Salesforce CPQ/CLM/Oracle experience Exposure to ERP and application landscape and interdependencies along with understanding of data and information flows preferred
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, troubleshooting, and analytical skills to setup and interpret logic, data, and rule relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated listening, analytical, organizational, and time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and cross-functionally, including in high-pressure situations
