● Design and implement structured mental wellbeing programs across schools, communities, and institutional settings (e.g., prisons, police departments).
● Develop session plans, resource materials, and intervention frameworks based on SEL and trauma-informed care.
● Manage counseling models such as helplines, group sessions, and one-on-one therapy services.
● Coordinate program timelines, deliverables, and implementation frameworks.
● Supervise psychologists and counselors deployed across project sites to ensure quality and ethical standards.
● Provide individual and group counseling where required, especially for high-risk cases.
● Co-develop and enforce protocols for crisis response, case referrals, suicide ideation, and abuse situations.
● Maintain ethical standards of documentation, confidentiality, and care.
● Liaise with stakeholders such as BMC, Mumbai Police, Health Department, school authorities, and community & institutional partners.
● Represent Project Mumbai at mental health networks, government forums, and donor platforms.
● Work with project CSR teams and donors on project planning, implementation, and documentation. 5. Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)
● Design project-level impact measurement tools such as needs assessments, pre-post evaluation forms, and feedback loops.
● Track outcomes using qualitative and quantitative indicators aligned with funder and program objectives. ● Lead the documentation of case studies, success stories, and learning insights.
● Develop monthly and quarterly progress reports for donors, partners, and internal review.
● Support grant proposal development and donor communications.
● Ensure financial accountability and alignment of expenditures with project objectives.
● Contribute to strategic planning, fundraising pitches, and stakeholder reporting.
● Maintain comprehensive documentation for internal audits and external reporting.
● Work with the communications team to generate awareness content and highlight mental health narratives.
● Support public campaigns, storytelling efforts, and community engagement events.
● Participate in cross-functional Project Mumbai activities such as city-wide clean-up drives, health fairs, or citizen awareness programs.
● Master’s degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology (M.A. / M.Sc.) – mandatory
● 8–10 years of experience in leading mental health or psychosocial programs in nonprofit, school, or institutional contexts.
● Proficiency in English and Marathi is important; working knowledge of Hindi is essential.
● Experience working with adolescents, urban poor communities, or institutional populations.
● Demonstrated expertise in crisis intervention, supervision, and trauma-informed practices.
● Strong team management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
● Familiarity with M&E tools and documentation practices preferred.
● Experience in grant writing or donor reporting is a plus. Nice to have (but not mandatory):
● Experience in grant writing, report development, or impact storytelling.
● Exposure to SEL curriculum design or digital helpline operations.
● Certification in trauma-informed care, suicide prevention, or expressive arts therapy.
