Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery — from planning and execution to monitoring and closure — ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors to achieve project goals effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of multiple projects.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop and manage full-scale project plans and resource allocation.
• Coordinate project staff and third-party vendors/consultants.
• Track project deliverables and ensure quality assurance.
• Monitor project progress and present regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage project changes and interventions to achieve outputs.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• PMP or equivalent Project Management certification preferred.
• 4–6 years of proven experience in IT Project Management.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
• Experience in strategic planning, risk, and change management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
