Project Manager – Mechanical (Fire Safety Systems) Location: Noida (On-site) Experience: 7–8 years Industry: Data Centers, High-Rise Buildings, Commercial Spaces, Hospitals, Hospitality Job Summary: We are hiring a Project Manager – Mechanical (Fire Safety Systems) to lead the execution of mechanical fire protection systems, including fire hydrants, sprinklers, pre-action, and gas-based suppression systems. The candidate will oversee all phases of the project lifecycle—from planning and coordination to commissioning and handover—ensuring compliance with fire safety codes and timely, budget-friendly delivery. Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. PMP certification is an advantage. Required Experience: Minimum 7–8 years in project management of fire safety or MEP systems. Hands-on experience with: Fire Hydrant & Sprinkler Systems Pre-Action & Deluge Systems Gas Suppression Systems (FM200, Novec, Inergen) Must have handled projects in data centers, commercial towers, hospitals, and hospitality. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning Define scope, deliverables, and technical requirements. Prepare schedules, BOQs, resource allocation plans. Coordinate with design consultants and regulatory authorities. Execution & Monitoring Supervise on-site installation, testing, and commissioning. Ensure compliance with NFPA, NBC, and OEM standards. Monitor timelines, vendor deliveries, and quality control. Team & Stakeholder Coordination Lead on-site fire-fighting teams and subcontractors. Interface with clients, civil teams, MEP contractors, and OEMs. Manage documentation, reports, and approvals. Budget & Risk Management Control costs, track resources, and ensure budget adherence. Mitigate risks related to material delays, design changes, or authority inspections. Handover & Compliance Deliver final testing, commissioning, as-builts, and warranty documents. Conduct client training and ensure safety certification. Key Skills: Strong technical command over fire safety systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and fire safety codes. Leadership and site coordination skills. Familiarity with quality audits, BOQ analysis, and regulatory compliance Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
