Project Manager – ELV Systems Location: Noida (On-site) Experience: 2–4 years Industry: Data Centers, High-Rise Buildings, Commercial Spaces, Hospitals, Hospitality Job Summary: We are hiring a Project Manager – ELV Systems responsible for delivering Extra-Low Voltage and Building Management projects such as Fire Alarm, IBMS, Public Address, CCTV, Access Control, and automation systems. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring integration of ELV systems with MEP and civil infrastructures. Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering field. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus. Required Experience: 2–4 years in project management of ELV/BMS/Automation systems. Experience managing: Fire Alarm, Smoke Aspiration Systems IBMS & Building Automation Public Address, WLD, Access Control, CCTV PLC/SCADA-based systems Execution in data centers, hospitals, hotels, and commercial buildings is mandatory. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning Define technical scope, schedules, and budgets. Plan procurement and integration timelines for ELV systems. Execution & Quality Control Supervise installation, system integration, and testing. Ensure compliance with OEM specs and local codes. Conduct FATs, SATs, and generate QA reports. Team & Stakeholder Management Lead execution teams, technicians, and subcontractors. Coordinate with consultants, MEP teams, and OEM vendors. Track documentation, inspection approvals, and issue resolution. Monitoring & Risk Mitigation Track project progress vs schedule and resolve integration issues. Identify system-level risks like cable routing conflicts or vendor delays. Handover & Documentation Manage system handovers, client demos, and AMC planning. Deliver as-built drawings, warranties, and final reports. Key Skills: Proficient in ELV systems, automation logic, and life safety integration. Tools: MS Project, AutoCAD, BMS/IBMS platforms. Strong coordination and multi-vendor management. Understanding of safety, security, and integration standards.
