Site Supervisor

Job Title: Site Supervisor – ELV & Mechanical Systems Location: Pune (On-site) Experience: 2–3 Years Industry: Building Services / MEP / Infrastructure / Fire & Safety Solutions Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to manage the execution of ELV and Mechanical Fire Protection Systems at our project sites in Noida. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of site experience, with the ability to handle installations, coordinate with teams, and ensure compliance with safety and technical standards. Key Responsibilities :ELV Systems Supervision: Supervise the installation and commissioning of: Fire Alarm Systems Public Address Systems Water Leak Detection Systems Smoke Aspiration Systems IBMS / Building Automation PLC-based Control Systems Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely delivery and installation. Conduct inspections and functional testing to ensure quality and compliance. Mechanical Fire Protection Systems: Oversee site execution of: Fire Fighting Systems Fire Hydrant & Sprinkler Systems Pre-Action & Fire Suppression Systems Ensure implementation as per drawings, BOQ, and client requirements. Assist with system testing (hydraulic, flushing) and commissioning. Candidate Requirements: Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field. 2–3 years of hands-on experience in ELV and/or mechanical fire safety system supervision. Ability to read and execute site work as per technical drawings. Familiar with daily site reporting and documentation. Good communication skills; capable of coordinating with vendors and consultants. Basic knowledge of IS, NFPA, and NBC standards is a plus. Preferred Skills: Strong coordination and on-site problem-solving ability. Understanding of safety protocols and quality checks at construction sites. Experience with IBMS, PLC, or automation systems is desirable.
