Position Overview:

The Project Manager – Structure Work will be responsible for managing the execution of structural components across infrastructure projects, including bridges, culverts, retaining walls, foundations, and other civil structures. This is a site-based leadership role that demands technical mastery, team coordination, and strong decision-making. Candidates with business development capabilities will be rewarded with performance-linked bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Execution & Site Leadership

• Lead structural execution of infrastructure projects (e.g., bridges, retaining walls, RCC structures, culverts, underpasses)
• Ensure compliance with structural drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and quality control plans
• Supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment
• Coordinate with consultants, third-party agencies, and government engineers for structural inspections and approvals
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular site audits for risk Mitigation.
• Planning of materials, execution and project profitability.
• Handling the local public and addressing the site issues.
• Managing the legal issues (if any).
• Ensuring good ethics for every process in the work flow.
• Maintaining the healthy relationship with head office and ensuring the project work is not hampered because of any deviations.

B. Planning & Documentation

• Develop and update project schedules and micro-plans in coordination with the planning team.
• Track work progress and generate MIS reports, daily logs, and material consumption summaries.
• Liaise with quantity surveying and billing teams for project certifications and client billing.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 7–10 years in execution of large-scale structural works (bridges, heavy RCC, infra structures)
• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech or certifications in structural engineering is a plus)
• Domain Expertise: Execution of complex structural components in roads, highways, or industrial projects, Knowledge of formwork systems, shuttering, staging, reinforcement, concreting techniques, Familiarity with IS codes, MORTH, IRC, and quality/safety protocols
• Tools: AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, Excel, ERP (preferred)
• Attributes: Hands-on, solution-oriented leader with ability to drive work under pressure, Strong interpersonal skills with client-facing and team-building capabilities, Commercially savvy with ability to understand project impact on margins and business.
