About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and versatile Project Manager / Manager to work closely with a wide range of operational and strategic projects. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the hospitality industry and eager to build and scale operations from the ground up.
The candidate will oversee day-to-day activities related to restaurant operations, catering, marketing, logistics, and overall business development. This position offers the opportunity to learn, create, and contribute directly to the growth of an emerging hospitality brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute operational projects across restaurant, catering, and event verticals.
Manage vendor partnerships, logistics, and procurement for smooth daily operations.
Support marketing initiatives, brand activations, and customer engagement activities.
Track project deliverables, timelines, and budgets to ensure quality outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist the Founders in planning and execution.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Handle end-to-end coordination for catering orders, launches, and special projects.
Requirements:
Graduate or postgraduate in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in hospitality startups, restaurant chains, catering, or event management preferred.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Hands-on, creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and ownership attitude.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and coordination tools.
