Key Responsibilities

Key responsibility of planning & executing of installation and commissioning of Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP), and Hi-Purity Water Systems. Responsible for end-to-end project execution, coordination with clients, site teams, vendors, and ensuring timely completion of all project activities.

Job Profile:

• Plan, execute, and manage projects related to WTP, WWTP, and Hi-Purity systems for Pharma & Biotech clients.
• Lead site installation, testing, and commissioning activities as per project specifications.
• Prepare and review project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, internal teams, and contractors for smooth project progress.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during installation and commissioning.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality norms, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor project costs and ensure execution within approved budgets.
• Prepare progress reports, documentation, and submit project updates to management and clients.
• Support design and engineering teams with technical insights when required.
• Handle customer queries and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Profile:

• Diploma Engineering / B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical / Chemical / Environment Engineering) with 5 to 12 yrs of experience in managing turnkey projects of WTP, WWTP & Hi-Purity Systems especially with Pharmaceuticals & Biotech companies.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in installation and commissioning of Water Treatment Plants (RO, UF, Softener, DM, etc.), Wastewater Treatment Plants (STP / ETP), Hi-Purity Water Systems for Pharma / Hygiene industries.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, and layout diagrams.
• Good understanding of pumps, valves, piping, instrumentation, and control systems.
• Strong project management, planning, and team coordination skills.
• Experience in pharma-grade utility systems as per ASME BPE / ISPE guidelines.
• Knowledge of basic electrical and automation (PLC/SCADA) systems.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and client-handling abilities.
