Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Operations
Lead, plan, and manage SWM projects to ensure smooth execution.Oversee daily operations across wards, ensuring strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Supervise manpower deployment, monitor productivity, and maintain efficiency across departments.Identify and resolve operational challenges with effective, on-ground solutions.

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
Liaise with government officials, local authorities, and municipal bodies for project execution and compliance.Build and manage strong vendor relationships to ensure timely and reliable service delivery.Act as a key communication link between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.

Logistics & Resource Management
Oversee end-to-end logistics for waste collection and transportation, ensuring route optimization and timely disposal.Manage fleet operations, vehicle scheduling, and maintenance for maximum efficiency.Track resource utilization and optimize workforce, vehicles, and equipment for cost-effective operations.Ensure compliance with environmental and safety guidelines in logistics operations.

Monitoring & Reporting
Track project progress against defined timelines, budgets, and KPIs.Prepare and present detailed project reports, dashboards, and performance reviews for management and authorities.Implement monitoring systems to evaluate efficiency, cost savings, and sustainability outcomes.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in waste management, municipal projects, or logistics operations.Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills with hands-on field management experience.Proficiency in MS Excel, project management tools, and data reporting.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in both English and Hindi.Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and deliver results within strict deadlines.Flexibility to visit and manage field locations as per operational needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
